3 – 5 Business Days

Custom rigs, pre-built gaming towers, and office PCs require precision craftsmanship, professional cable management, and extensive hardware stress-testing before shipping.

  • • Day 1–2: Component assembly & premium cable management
  • • Day 2–3: BIOS flashing, OS installation & driver setup
  • • Day 3–4: 24-hour thermal & benchmark stability tests
  • • Day 4–5: Protective internal foam packing & express courier

1. Door-to-Door Nationwide Delivery

We partner with top-tier South African courier networks (including The Courier Guy and express road freight services) to deliver orders safely to your residential or business address anywhere in South Africa.

Major Metropolitan Hubs:

Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, and East London typically arrive on the earlier end of the estimate.

Regional & Outlying Areas:

Remote towns and outlying farming areas may require an extra 1–2 business days depending on standard regional courier delivery schedules.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched from our workshop in Pretoria from Monday to Friday during operating business hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • For Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT), orders are released for packaging and dispatch as soon as payment reflects in our bank account.
  • Once your package is collected by the courier, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and direct tracking link.

3. In-Store Collection / Free Workshop Pickup

Prefer to collect your hardware in person? You are welcome to collect directly from our premises in Pretoria free of charge:

Please await your "Ready for Collection" confirmation email/WhatsApp before heading to the workshop.

4. Parcel Inspection & Transit Damage

All items and computer towers are professionally packed using heavy-duty bubble wrap, foam, and reinforced outer cartons. Custom PCs include internal expandable foam packing to support graphics cards and coolers during transport.

Important Delivery Inspection: When the courier delivers your parcel, please inspect the external packaging before signing. If the package has visible severe damage or tampering, either sign the waybill as "Damaged on Delivery" or notify us immediately within 24–48 hours with photographs at sales@ypiestechstore.co.za.
