The Kingston HyperX Beast (T3) 8GB DDR3 memory kit is designed for desktop PCs requiring fast and responsive DDR3 memory. The kit includes two 4GB modules, allowing them to operate together in dual-channel mode for improved memory bandwidth.
Rated at 1600MHz, the modules feature CL9-9-9 timings through the Intel XMP profile at 1.65V. They are also compatible with standard JEDEC DDR3 operation at 1.5V.
The HyperX Beast series uses a distinctive tall black heatsink and matching black PCB, providing improved thermal dissipation while giving the memory an enthusiast-oriented appearance. The modules are 240-pin, non-ECC, unbuffered DIMMs and support Intel XMP for easier memory performance tuning.
